Idev Affiliate Mgr. (tech question)

Hi All,
I just installed Idev Affiliate Manager after reading good reviews.
Unfortunately, I didn't search enough to find the reviews on their support.
If any Warriors know... I need help with how to set 2 tier commissions.

The product pays 20% to level 1 affiliates. There are only three level 2 affiliates.
Level 2 affiliates make a bonus equivalent to 25% of what their level 1 subs earn.
(When a level 1 sub makes $4, the level 2 who brought them in gets $1.)

The only level 1 affiliates who are subs are those who joined via a custom link from
the level 2 "recruiter".

    General settings > commission settings > Tier commission > select the option 'Enable Tier Commissions?' to Yes > Save > you will see extra option to select tier commissions.

    Unfortunately, I didn't search enough to find the reviews on their support.
    Their support has improved very much now. Usually you will get response with in 24 hours.
