Marketing Products a year in advance

Hi,
Earlier I googled Windows 8 and the first two sites were windows8beta.com and windows8news.com
On the alex toolbar windows8beta.com is ranked 76,147 and windowsnews.com is ranked 90,537.
Are these sites with their current rankings making any money with google adsense?

    They probably are as long as they are getting good traffic and have good ad placement but they do have trademarks in their names which are dangerous
