Has Wordpress 3.1 Changed Turning of Comments?

I need to turn comments off on certain pages but cant do it, used to have option under the page but i dont see it. has it moved in 3.1?

    • It is still there under quick edit. But I liked it better at the bottom of the editing view myself.
