How do you see the future of IM?

Ok, I've seen too many threads about "the death of.." and too many threads about the death of " the death of..threads".

So, let's think also how IM will be in like 10 years? What do you think about the new opportunities that IM has to offer? Will the big companies monopolize the market?

So, what's your opinion, how do you see the future of IM?

Phones are already computers so mobile marketing is about to take over and the internet will be on two places. The market will become more and more saturated and advanced internet marketing tactics will be the norm. People with big lists and connections will make fortunes and the 97% failing rate will remain. I am interested in mobile marketing as my second strategy.

I see more and more video content being produced as
opposed to ebooks as everyone is becoming more visual
and wanting to learn things quicker when it comes to learning stuff.

    Hey,

I know that it is only going to explode because the mass awareness of security buying products online will be recognized. As time goes by there will be more people online and every business will be trying to advertise online, because it will be getting a lot of exposure.

    Hope this helps =)

It is definitely goes into mobile marketing and traffic!
There will be no usual internet only mobile one within maximum 5 years from now.
w.w.w.mobilabs.net (don`t want to give the backlink so put dots around w w w )
they and other guys already show how to monetize mobile phones.
Basically first marketers who will understand how to market this huge mobile traffic and without any competition now, will be very rich!

    • Hey guys,

Mojo Video Marketing here... just wanted to drop in our two cents...

We live on the cutting edge of the IM world and are excited about the future!

We know everything has gone video - video is hot and video sells. If you could double your conversions with Video why wouldn't you?

But, the real market is in Mobile. Everyone knows that where it's headed, but using it effectively is the true question.

However what we specialize in is - wait for it- Mobile Video Marketing. Market with video on a phone...

But, where do we think it's going? The future is quite expansive. Social Media, Video, and Mobile will soon be one function of IM with the future only growing in that direction!

We've seen some unreal conversions on our new software - real results of where everything is going.

      But, just our two cents....
