Can I add my name to MRR?

I purchased some MRR products a while ago but can't find the rights to them anymore.

What are the rules.

Can I add my name to those reports in addition to the original authors name?

I know that I have to leave the authors name, but sometimes I see two names in a report and thought that's maybe a MRR product.

Anybody?

    Usually you would have to add your own supplemental material to get your name included. MRR terms do vary, I have seen some MRR allowing re-branding, although you usually have to buy a 'white label' product for that.

    The RR implies that you can sell the product to end user and keep 100% profit, the M implies you can sell the right to sell the product for a profit to resellers.

    you can´t edit or change the product in any way.


    actually, in theory you can´t claim PLR content either as your own or add copyright restrictions unless you make changes.

    The terms may differ depending on the package or seller, but most MRR products only allow you to resell them and offer resell rights to the buyers as well. Most do not permit you to edit or make additions. Try to find the original creator of the products if you want to add your name, just so you don't violate any copyrights.

    When you buy the product there is usually a file contained in the package that describes in detail what you may do and what you may not do.

    I wouldn't add my name if i don't see this right written in the license.

    So always look what the license says.

    If you bought them and cannot find the MRR license it's better that you don't add your name.

    Where you purchased the MRR products?

      Hey guys, thanks for the feedback.

      The material is from Sean Mize, some of the material was even not released, part of his clean out sale a year ago.

      The stuff is really good and I would like to start to sell this material.

      I remember that I purchased a lot of material from David Bullock in the past (by the way, someone knows where he's hiding after he got the swine flu in 09??) where he's name was always on the sales page together with the original author of the product.

      I think I'll try to find Sean's email and ask him first ;-)
