A tip...
Make sure all your links as well as link to pictures (eg. for banners) do NOT contain the term affiliate at all.
There are plugins for firefox which block *everything* containing that word, as well as "adword", "ad", "ads" etc.
I found out putting banners on a site with images in a folder "affiliatebanners"....wouldnt load because of the name.
The same is valid also for email campaigns, avoid terms "marketing", "affiliate" and so on....Spam Filters can be VERY broad and mean and they will throw emails into JUNK the second they spot a term like "marketing".
