2checkout goes down??

Hi warriors,

Wonder if any one uses 2checkout... and faced the same issue! I tried to contact them through their help desk, and even through normal emails.. but no replies to my questions!!

    • I did not call them though.. and emails worked very well in the very near past. But the recent days their help staff do not reply as they usually do.
  • I waited a week for a response to an email support request which I had submitted about 2.5 weeks ago. This was the first time I had to wait this long for a response. Maybe some internal changes are happening. Best to call them if you had not received a response at this time.
