Help with RSS to email please

Hi, I want to set up a campaign to send a twice weekly RSS feed to email from wordpress. My autoresponder service offer this time saving option
Can I do this by setting up a page or post on my site entitled 'ezine' so that only those posts get added to the email?
How do I do this - please explain in non techie language

    Every category in WP has its own feed. So create a new category, and use its feed to create the emails.

    yoursite.com/categoryname/feed/
