What is a good sidebar plugin for wordpress

I am looking for a plugin that , so my side bar is viewable on all post and every page of my blog. I also want my side bar to go all the way to the bottom of my blog.

also can I have a double wide side bar.

    That sort of thing is more determined by the theme you are using on your site, not a plugin. Have a look for a different theme that's closer to what you want.

    Jason is right. That is in the theme. If you are set on using the current theme, you could just include the sidebar in all of the pages manually.
