I'm new in article writing. Just started writing several 400 words of articles and I am getting use of it. I want to increase my article words count to 800 but don't know how to write that long. I'm a kind of direct person, don't speak much in my daily life's, and English is not my main language. So how do you write 800 words of article? For example, if I want to write the side effect of hypnosis. The answer is there is no real side effect. How can you write an 800 words article from that? Did I choose my title wrong? Is it to specific title?

Is it normal to write 600 words about hypnosis and its usage, 200 words about the side effect (there is no side effect)? So the article will talk more about hypnosis it self not the side effect.

How about write about what people may think the effects are first then that leads into you telling them there's no side effects

  • Good writing means getting the point across in as little words as possible.

Ok, I know... Easy to say but hard to do...

Just directly say that there are no side effects from the start. and answered some frequently asked questions or misconceptions in the rest of the article.

So true, but sometimes getting your keyword saturation rate right on shorter articles can be a bit difficult; and sometimes need a little padding.

Writing quality articles is an art form. Not everybody will be good at it, despite how much they practice. Most of the great writers have had schooling in the subject. I am assuming that you did not go to school for this, but that doesn't mean that you can't start schooling yourself.

There are many online resources that will give you the basics of writing, as well as some advanced tips. I suggest that you start Googling and stop looking here for advice on writing. You will be better off finding this sort of advice on a site dedicated to the topic.

Debunking the myths surrounding hypnosis side effects.

Myth 1: I will cluck like a chicken every time somebody says the word "thanks" for the rest of my life.

The Truth: No, you won't. Here's why...

    Myth 2...

    Etc.

I've found that it's always helped to plant the idea of writing X number of words per section so:

    1. Intro (100 words)
    2. Point 1 (100 words)
    3. Point 2 (100 words)
    4. Point 3 (100 Words)
    5. Point 4 (100 Words)
    6. Point 5 (100 Words)
    7. Point 6 (100 Words)
    8. Outr (100 Words)

You can play with it, of course, doing maybe 200 words for each point.

The way that I do it is to just break it down into sections and work on them as if they were their own, little article.

Write your article using a proven structure.

Try to actually find information on this.. search on how journalists write newspaper articles, or essays. Go scholar here, and you will find very good ways to basically structure all your articles the same way and increase your word count easily

I think you need not consider more about length of article, as the quality is the most important factor.
