Wanna help me pick out my website colors

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey everyone,

I am trying to figure out what colors/ designs will look best for my website.

But i have a problem you could show me the nicest color design in the world vs. the ugliest color design and i wouldnt know the difference.

So if anyone would like to help me out that would be great.

If so ill upload my site quickly so you can give me some help

Here's a tip: Find a picture you think has a pleasing combination of colors, then go to colr.org and run the picture through their page. It will generate a color scheme from the picture.

Singular Auto - Pre-Owned Distinctive Automobiles is an example of a scheme resulting from a header image.

(Note: although that site is heavily laden with affiliate links, it's unlikely that anyone reading this post about colors will purchase a Spyker or Aston Martin )

The background red is way too bright. Go with a really dark red of the same shade, and it will be much easier on your visitors.

i think it all depends on the site. i know on my JV site, i personally prefer white, shades of blues. but depending on the site i would use different colors... what kind of site are you working with?
