1. Install analytics on your site.
2. create a new GOAL, there you will put the address of your "thank you" page for subscribing, like /thanks.php
That's it! Google will track who sends you the optins.
How do you view what site sends you the most optins or which ones convert better?
1. Click "Traffic Sources"
2. Click "Referring Sites"
3. Then in the center of the screen click the tab that says "Goal Conversions"
You can now see two real important things
1. Who sent you the most traffic
2. Who sent you the most traffic that CONVERTED to optins
