Tip to help sales conversions

Thought I would just post this as a tip that might help you. I've recently experimenting with adding support for people who are 'at' the shopping cart, but don't actually order. And I've found -- it actually does help increase sales conversions.
I've had a few people who have gone to order, but then never actually checked out & clicked the 'buy' button. So I contacted them, and I found that sometimes it was really quite a simple question, i.e., not been able to figure out how to order, where the payment type is supposed to go, etc, etc.
So with my small tests, I've been able to get 3-4 orders that probably wouldn't have otherwise gone through.
So thought that I would share that & it may be something you'd be interested in implementing.
