Facebook Conversion Tracking Question

I have two different profile accounts on FB. One which runs my ads and another which operates the fanpages that I run. With facebook advertising I don't see conversions which I know there are many of per day. Is the issue with the conversions not showing up related to the fanpage being on another account?

Are you using "Facebook Insights" to track as well as the Ads Manager (ie. facebook(dot)com/ads/manage)?
