Best place to find guest writers?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am looking to start guest posting and wanted to start out with one main guest writer who works on a monthly contract to come in and make so many new posts on a topic. Are there any places you would recommend for finding someone of great quality to do this?

Is it that you want people to do guest posting i.e. for free but they get a link back to their site?

Or is it that you want to pay someone to write for you?

If it's the former I'd find people on sites like the one mentioned above, but more than that I'd keep mentioning it to the people who already read my blog or who I connect with on Twitter etc.

If it's the latter I'd use places like oDesk, or even the Warriors for hire section, to find someone who understood my niche.

Hi Ruth, It will be both but I always like to have someone on hand just encase their are no guest posts in the beginning stages. Thank you for the link will check it out

Try fiverr.com. It WILL take some time and effort (no more than 1 hour daily for 1-2 weeks though) until you find someone who writes well (communication for the requirements at first, then getting few people to do the job, then selecting, agreeing on the terms, etc.), but once you do, you can be getting high quality content for pennies. And that`s for native English speaking people.

You can also find guest posters through http://BloggerLinkUp.com/

Bloggers are not allowed to ask for money when they offer guest posts through BLU, but I do allow offers of payment for posts.

Guest posting you can look for copyblogger,techcrunch and dailyblogtips and some more are there helps to get traffic and subscribers as well.
