Software/Script for MASSIVE Management of WP Blogs? Autoposting?

I'm getting to the point where logging in to post to each of my blogs is taking up a considerable amount of time.

Is there a software out there that handles postings for all your WordPress blogs (self-hosted)? Any software that does this and allows you to set automatic postings over a period of time (so I can load 15 post to be distributed over several weeks)?

Also, would love to hear about any RSS / Ping / Comment management/automation as well.

Would appreciate links to articles, WSOs, or products if you know of any.

Thanks so much

Scott

I am unsure if this just helps in installing or actual management of multiple blogs.

CC is a good content creator, but is has nothing to do with managing from a central point and deploying many blogs simultaneously.

ednas wpmanagerdx has a "auto blogger" module, i myself havent tested this yet. She also has a WSO going on where you get wpmanagerdx + the auto content module + more cheap.

I was toying with getting this for some time, also, i heard good things about CF also.

You can also centrally post to all your blogs from within Google Reader.

See the thread in my sig for part 1 of how to set this up for semi-automated blogging from RSS feeds.

I'm just working on part 2 to expand on this, which will include posting your own content through GR.

You can also try BlogDesk which allows you to remotely post from your computer to any blog you like. It's definitely faster than logging from one blog to another.

Part 2 of Tim Dixon's opus will be worth the wait even if its only half as good as part 1. Also coming soon, it appears that Wordpress 2.7 will have some remote blogging features: via email for one.

BlogDesk mentioned above is a cool tool and free. I also like that it allows you to insert images into a post.

Someone mentioned SteadyNiche. Have a close look at the text generated by SteadyNiche on the demo sites. It's readable for visiting bots but is actually gibberish to a human reader. This will do little for long term SEO.

So .. does your plugin let you automagically post to ALL or many of your blogs - point and click? I suspect it does.

I know it's just a small part of your request, but my latest two blog posts on Backlinkage detail a free way to mostly automate rss submission for new blogs. It's really helpful when you're always adding new blogs/feeds.

For a few posts this is great to use yes. When you want to load up several months, or even a year's worth of posts though you'll quickly lose track and get confused.

That's why I created ZipPoster actually. It just automates the built in WP future date publishing, and it randomizes the amount of time between posts so everything looks like it's being manually published. And you don't have to cut and paste hundreds of articles either, you just upload a zip file and it does it all for you. (And then I created Reposter so you can keep blogs fresh even when you don't have new content to add )

Live writer is nice for blogging to multiple places from your desktop. I use it sometimes myself for ink blogging.

For creating blogs in mass I use WPMU or I just upload a pre-configured version of WP.

We use good ol' RSS2Blog and it's worked just fine. There was one instance in which we had to increase memory.

For automatically creating domains, bringing back stats in one place, etc. we
use Mass Account Manager from Mass-Automation.

Then we use their Mass Auto-Installer to create the WordPress blogs across those domains fast.

After that we use their WordPress cloner to copy and paste a configuration across to the blogs we set up with Auto-Installer.

The importance of that last piece is that if we add a new plugin we can install it on ONE blog and then "copy and paste" quickly to all of the other blogs so that they have that plugin as well.

    2 Suggestions...

    1.) RSS 2 Blog - autoposting + much more

2.) Microsoft Live Writer. You can load all your blogs login details into it and post to whichever blog you choose.

    Hope this helps,
