Conversion Crisis

I have a website Trace Phone Number that gets 1,500 uniques (almost all from Google) per month (and growing). It's a clickbank affiliate site for reverse phone search.
I've taken a slightly unusual step and created a script that queries 7 vendors at once and then confirms to the visitor which vendors have a match for their number so they can choose a provider.
My problem is I'm generating about 900 hops to Clickbank but only around 8 sales per month.
Anyone got any good suggestions to help boost conversions. I'm sure the site could do much better with a few pointers.
