Hello Warriors.

I am going a create few new websites to flip. Is it better to create them on HTML or to use Wordpress, in terms of how well they will sell. Personally I am more familiar with creating webpages through static HTML.

Then go for it. Most people do Wordpress because they don't know html.

I was just asking the question because with Wordpress there is the possibility of the buyer being able to update the site more easily (no code involved) hence would Wordpress sites sell more easily?

In that sense, yes. Buying your site would be possible for a lot more people if it's a Wordpress site.

Look, I HATE wordpress, anyone that spends time in the web design part of this forum know how much I hate it and believe it to be a very weak CMS compared to others.

Honestly, Wordpress would be a LOT better and offer more value than a static HTML site. I would use wordpress.
