Which search site/software/etc allows you to put in things like: how do, why does? Thanks.

    As far as I know, you can do that with any kind of search software program or search engine.

    Are you talking about search engines like Google removing common words from searches? If you are you can click on advanced search and search for exact wording or phrase.

      It seems like I remember something where you could put in words like "How to dog" and it would return things like: How to train a dog, How to care for a dog, etc. with number of times each phrase is searched for daily.
