Do You Host Banners On Your Server
I have banner ads on most of the pages on my site. They are slow to load as they are being served from the affiliates that I promote. Sometimes their banners are even down - so it seems that it would be a much better solution to move the banner image to my own server.
BUT
Then I lose the tracking ability, I can't see how many clicks I'm getting on the individual banners - as I suppose the affiliates are using the banners to fire some sort of pixle for tracking (I'm really not sure how that works
)
So, what do all you super affiliates out there so? Is there an industry standard solution that no one told me about?
