hello everybody.
i want to upload a new site ....this site it will be articles submission like ezinearticles. com

but i need to choose the domain name ...can someone suggest me a good name ?

    You may want a more comprehensive guide than I can provide but search around "article directories" and play with it.

    The truth is the domain doesn't mean a whole lot, they can help you get higher on GMan's scale but really its all about what you put inside of your website.

      i have a good domain name ..... but in that domain the word news... so i can use it ?

    keyword domain name can help you in getting quick rankings. However if you have a nice domain name without keyword then don't worry. Make site on it and you will be good to go.

      thank you a lot...... i have a good domain name with high view a month 2m view (i check it from Google keyword tool).

      but in this domain name the word "news".... i know that is great domain.

      but i don't know that will be nice for articles directory sites or not

        Yes grandfaraone1, I have seen some article directories with the word "news" in their domain. I think it's ok to go ahead with it

    I don't think that when running branded sites like article directories that domain name seo is worth your time. Just sit down and think of a nice brand name that you will give your site and such name, once heard by anybody, it should quickly spell out that your site is an article directory site.

    The truth is that if you focus on trying to rank your on some 12,000 local monthly search article directory related keyword, you will fail even if you may get ranked on first page, you will find out that it wasn't worth it. Instead, focus on having heavily visited sites write about your site, pay people and place your ad on their site or exchange something with them and you will see how fast your site will grow and focus on arranging your onpage seo properly so that articles posted on the site will be indexed and ranked easily, it will attract more users

    Try to get a short and easy to remember name starting or ending with the word 'Article' or 'Articles'. You have to do some brainstorming to arrive at these domain names. Many are still available - for example I recently procured articleplug.com
