Taking Recommendations For Flexible Executive Suites With Geographic Reach

Warriors,

I'm expanding my sales force and am looking for executive suites throughout the continental USA. I've been looking at Regus | Office Space, Virtual Offices & Meeting Rooms to Rent (Regus) and was wondering if any of you have any experience with them?

Ideally, it would come with mail and reception services as well as the ability to use conference rooms.

If you know of any other alternatives / other companies, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,

RoD

p.s. Don't forget to donate to the Red Cross or other charities that are helping out our brothers and sisters in Japan.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, though I am looking nationwide long term - for my immediate needs, I'm looking to open up two branches in southern California - San Diego to Los Angeles counties would be the range.

    Rod,

The one advantage of Regus is that they are international. So (theoretically) whenever you're traveling, you can simply slide into the nearest facility and have an office for a day.

On the other hand, watch out for the fine print. When I had an arrangement with them, it would cost me $3.00 US to call the office on the phone and ask if I got any mail in today. It's little (or not so little) things like that that really turned me off on them.

What you want to do however is check Craigslist for each relevant city/area. There's a lot of smaller, local or regional players in the executive suite business that advertise there.

      Hi Rod,

20 years ago a friend of mine had a small suite like what you are describing at the Kilroy building in Long Beach, CA.

I Googled it and found it through the following link:

Executive Office Space To Let In The US

It was a neat setup, and the mailing address for all the businesses there was something like 500 Kilroy Road or Airport Way, so they all had the smell of a larger business.

The amenities were very good, and it worked out well for her until she outgrew it.

TallTom and Bill, thank you very much.

Anyone else here have any experience with Regus? If not, if you have office space in the southern California, New York, Chicago, and Miami areas, I would love to hear about it.

    Thank you,

This may not be of immediate relevance, but I've used Regus conference and meeting room facilities in the UK and they were fine.

Their mail service works well, too, although it's quite a bit more expensive than most others.

        Frank,

This is good to know because at some point we are going to have a presence there. So thank you.

    Hi

I have used Regus in the UK as well...Their set up is very good ....What make the difference is the dedication of staff at each facility. The Staff at Theale ( near Reading) were excellent.

If your staff travel, the ability to drop by at any Regus suite is great

    Good luck with the expansion
