Staying Organized and Keeping Track

Like many of my fellow Warriors, I have a multitude of projects, websites, and other business ventures all happening at once. Whatever your strategy may be, you may find it difficult to keep track of your progress and completed objectives.

How do you keep track of what needs to be done and what has been completed on each of your projects? How do you deal with adjusting your projects' status as you acquire new strategies or stumble across new tips?

I have several word docs with checklists depending on the project. I have a checklist for SEO, a checklist for things to do when launching a new site, and a checklist for sending out bulk e-mail.

I use Mindjets Mindmanager. It's like my right arm. It integrates with most Microsoft apps and many, many other useful apps to orgainize and execute all your plans and schedules - visually.

I'll keep this simple...watch this preview and go buy a copy. Here's a LINK to it.
