Should I Be Worried - A Strange Hoplink Tagged Onto My URL, How Could This Happen?

Hi

I am an affiliate and have just set up a clickbank product selling website. Well, actually it has been indexed in google for a few weeks now and I am starting to build links and so on. Anyway, I noticed the other day, that when I type in the keywords to find my website in google, my website comes up as

wwwdotmykeywords.com?hop=39788

I have no idea what that ? then hoplink is that I have highlighted. It is definitely not anything to do with my hoplink or my website.

Can anyone tell me how this could have happened and how to get rid of it and if it is something I should be worried about?

Thanks
Bethsuzi

There is a similar thread on which is active these days. Let me see if I can find it.

Edit: I wish I had subscribed to that thread. It is getting difficult to find it now. The guy faced similar problem and he resolved it through google webmaster tools.

It definitely seems to be very similar to my situation except he is a vendor and I am an affiliate. I am pretty limited in techy stuff but can usually fix problems with a little research, although this one is out-with my skill level I think. There doesn't seem to be a definite answer in his thread yet but it helps to know that there are others trying to fix this, (not that I want others to experience this)

If anyone else knows how to fix this (or actually even knows for sure what it is for that matter) I'd be very grateful!
