I would like to change things around a bit in the writing and give mor einfo on the companies named in the ebook. Is is legal if I change thing around a bit and add more info, to sell it as my own?

Adding new/additional content is great. But to avoid a copyright problem, you should change the work considerably, not just "a little bit".

You could definitely run into problems - and not just with clickbank.

It is not ok to take someone else's copyrighted material and use it as the base for your own product. Learn about the topic and write your own ebook instead of copying others.

Doesn't matter if you change it - add to it - or not. If you are starting with someone else's product, you can still violate copyright.

Considerably probably isn't good enough. Entirely would be better.

Is that even possible? If you change it 100%, then you'd have to be talking about a completely different subject.

I suggest you change the content and write it in your own words or contact that person and see if they will give you resell rights?! Work out a deal with them and tell them you want to add content.

If they decline your offer then write you own, it shouldn't take very long!
