HOW CAN I SCALE THIS UP?

Hello Warriors -

I am looking for help - I sell Wedding Invitation Templates online and sometimes looking back over the tracking - I make about one sale per day through Etsy.

How is it that I can scale this up and make more. I am a little stuck right now and I have been doing this for almost 1.5 years.

Please help with any advice.:confused:

    The simple answer: through improving your web pages rankings in the SERPS, and through creating additional content to rank.

    3. Increase Amount Per Purchase
    4. Increase Lifetime Value of Each Customer

    Those are your scaling options. Choose 1 or do all 4.

      I agree with all these and traffic is most important as well as having the traffic be targeted!

    just increase targeted traffic through SEO. You might also try ppc.

    Don't just try SEO. That's one method of obtaining more customers.

    Your niche seems perfect for offline promotion. Maybe some ads too, PPC, a press releases regarding your business (possibly announcing a deal or new change?)

    In-terms of offline methods I mean:

    Ads in Newspapers
    Look for Wedding Related magazines
    Try to get an Article in a Wedding magazine maybe?
    Leaflet distribution
    Get a story going in local newspapers
    Leaftlet stuck on shop windows?
    Add yourself to an offline directory
    Do you have a local radio show?

    Maybe you can do a wedding related event in your area.

    Online promotion:

    Paid Per Click - Use all the major search engines Ad service.
    Publish a CPA offer
    Ezines
    Classified Ads
    Free Ads
    Banners
    Press release
    Social media (not really something to get new customers but rather somewhere for your existing customers to interact)
    Search Engine optimization
    Articles
    Video Marketing

    Increase value per sale, or increase the value in being a long-term customer.

    All options you can work on. And I haven't even began to scratch the surface.

      Like Jason said I think your site would be great for offline promotion.

      I would look in the newspaper, in the wedding announcements section to see all the new announcements. Then I would cross reference those names with the phone book to find their mailing addresses.

      Then I would send a simple post card with your website address.

      The above is a very simple plan, but highly targeting your potential customers with the above method, I believe you would get a very positive return on your time invested.

    Increase in traffic will def bump up sales....might want to try some split testing to bump up sales conversions....
