Hey guys,

I'm looking for a product creation coach.

Anybody you had personal success with and can recommend?

Stop looking for a coach, course or a guide.

    You are wasting time.

Nothing guarantees you success. Most people whom get into product
creation and actually become successful with it learn by themselves.

You will fail once or twice, perhaps a third time. Failure is what makes
success. I can preach to you this and that, but at the end of the day,
you have to want it more.

      Jake,

While I appreciate your input, I beg to differ.

Sure, "do and learn everything yourself" is motivational, but even the most skilled athletes have coaches.

I have moderate accomplishments myself, but you can propel to the next level/shortcut the learning curve by learning from others who have gone before you.

Of course trying, observing results, learning and trying again will eventually translate into success, but why wouldn't you want the counsel of wiser men who have traveled the road before you and know the pitfalls and shortcuts of the path you're now trotting?

Why would you want to draw your own map if you can buy maps from others they've put 20 years into creating?

Doesn't make any rational sense to me.

Not having a coach and doing everything with my own perseverance had made me what I am today. If I had been wiser to be humble and to receive counsel of others, by now I would have had a yacht and a jet to go with it.

Bad advice. There is NOTHING wrong in seeking a coach to mentor you provided you get the RIGHT coach and have the discipline to follow what you are being taught.

Yes of course, but a right informative ebook can teach you that provided you follow the instructions. Most high quality ebooks are self explanatory and even carry diagrams/pictures just to show you more of how things should be done.

If you have enough money, I would ask Eben Pagan to review my product once it is almost done. He's one of the best. A phone consultation of 1 hour is expensive but really worth it.

I am not arguing about this either. My point was that seeking a coach is NOT a waste of time as suggested by Jake.

        Bad advice?

        Actually, You're TOTALLY right.

Mind giving some "coaches" you'd recommend?

You seem to have the most experience in this field.

I have done it myself. Learning from experience is good but if you feel you need a coach, then it is alright!

I don't think that there is anything wrong with getting a mentor to shorten the IM learning curve. Just make sure that the one you choose is reputable.

Thanks for everyone who pitched in.

With that being said, are there any reputable product creation coaches/mentors that you guys can recommend? Or any ideas how I can go about this search?

I guarantee I will be worth the investment.

I have been consulted by some of the best product creation experts in the world. I have talked with many best selling authors and have gotten a lot of wise advice from them.

but they don't really teach their methods. Make sure when looking for a coach that you find someone who is actaully making money creating products.

there are a lot of people just sharing what they hear others say without actually testing it out for themselves.

I agree...getting help, especially a mentor, is a great way to get in the game of IM. Just make sure that the person is experienced and has made money. Knowing something theoretically is much different than execution.
