A Few Cool Updates On Facebook iFrames

I've been trying to figure how to hide the live actor logo on my facebook page for the last few days and then it hit me...will Graham Cox's Ultimate Footer Ad work?

I edited the iFrame code and bingo...

Now I need to ask Graham how to get rid of the "x" out on the right corner.

I'm sure Graham is going to be excited...

For those who are interested in doing what I've done, I've contacted a few other companies and negotiated a better price and the elimination of their logo at no extra cost. Forget Live Face...

Now I've got a virtual actor, a java script clock and the UFA all on my welcome page.

I love iFrames....

    Looks good, the lady was freezing up a bit (every few second) then i reloaded the page a few times and it come right

    Just wondering if in the future if facebook won't come up with all sorts of T&C for what and what not you allowed in the iframes. Like popup, what you doing, adsense etc.

    I presume you have that page running externally to facebook. if it is send it to me and i will check if the delays and freezing was caused within facebook or not

      All iFrame pages are hosted on an outside server.

      You can right click in any iFrame and view The Frame in a new window and it will open the page it is hosted on.

      Are you in Vermont?

      I just implemented a tracking program that can actually tell me where visitors are from when they go to my Facebook page and where they go from there...

      I'll report on that when I have it perfected.

    Isnt that technically just Google Analytics installed on the iframed page? The iframed page specifically having been created for the iframe in facebook itself?

    Or am I missing something here?

      No..I'm using Web-Stat.com and it'll show you the city state and country as well as the ip address and a whole bunch of cool info about the visitor like they use windows xp firefox 3.6 and a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 for example and where they go on any of your sites and how long they stay.

      Maybe the UFA code is delaying it also...I'm going to try and delay the footer by 10 seconds and see if it helps the flash load
