Easy video player video formats question

I'm going to prove my own ignorance with this one..

So currently I use camtasia and powerpoint on windows to make an instructional video, and camtasia just outputs the .flv file so its simple to just use it with easy video player.

My question is, I am going to buy an iMac, and I've heard you can use keynote to make the presentation and it will output the video, no camtasia needed. But on Apple's site it says keynote only outputs video in .mov format... will easy video player just convert it or will that not work?

Thanks in advance.

You can use mov video files in Easy Video Player 2.

Here's what they say about video formats within the
    Easy Video Player 2 interface...

    1. We recommend using the H.264 MP4 format for videos
    2. Each file must be under 1GB in size
    3. For video files, you must upload one of the following formats: flv, mp4, m4v, mov, wmv, avi
    4. For audio files, you must upload one of the following formats: mp3, m4a, wma
    5. If your file is one of the following types, you will not be able to use advanced EasyVideoPlayer 2 settings: wmv, wma, avi
    6. To make your videos play on the iPhone, iPod and iPad, the page you embed the video on must be HTML5!
    I hope that helps you.

    Dedicated to mutual success,
