Help with my hosted blog please

HI everyone

Ive been blogging for a bit now and after some chats on here i finally have a blog on my own hosting. Even though im not technically minded i managed to change the settings on a good free blog that i got and all is finally well. I just have one concern:

I dont have a clue what plugins are good at the moment to help with seo and i wondered if a few warriors could make some suggestions as it what they find has worked best on their website.

    You need this plugin:All in One SEO Pack

    right now i see that you have yourname.com as the title on your blog. Use the plugin to change your titles using the keywords you are targeting.

    I'm going to stick my neck out here and say that I think you can get your blog indexed in 48 hours by using the methods in a free book from my blog.

    Now I've seen it done in 24 hours but it took me four days before my blog was indexed, but it does work!

    The good news is the SEO techniques take less than 10 minutes and then you just leave the rest to Google.

    Go to my blog at www.tony-shepherd.com and click on the 'free' tab, then grab yourself a free copy of '24 Hour Wordpress Guru'.

    First go to settings and then permalinks. set them to be with your title.

    second submit your site to google.

    Third link to it from a PR5 site. Ask your friends if you don't have a domain.

    You'll get indexed.

    And last install the seo plugin.
