Help w/gmail new Tasks & Text, please
Hi,
Can anyone help explain how to use the new gmail text tool here:
"Tasks, Text Messaging in Chat"
Gmail: What's been keeping the Gmail team busy
When I enter a cell phone number, this error message comes when I try to send a gmail as a text message:
"The email address "61XXXXXXXX" (x'd for privacy) is not recognized. Please fix it and try again"
...do you have to have the person's gmail first, maybe? I.E. you can't just text someone's cell phone? I've tried to save the cell phone number as a new gmail add / listing, but it won't save...
Now I did go and enable this tool along with the Tasks. And the Tasks show up fine. Just can't get this text to work....
