nothing speaks louder to affiliates more than i made $7.37 per click marketing on adwords for headache words.

try it... if your product is good you will even turn a profit :-)

My wife has suffered from migraines for 10 years, and we've literally spend 25,000 dollars with the best headache doctors in this country. Are you telling me all I had to do was spend $200 on a clickbank product and her problem would be solved...

I'd think anyone diving into this market as an affiliate would want to see evidence of buyers in the market, as well as solid info as to the legitimacy of your product.

Yeah $200 seems like a lot but it's less than a visit to the Dr. and you only have to buy it once in your life for your whole family. Plus aspirin causes internal bleeding. Obviously not good. This product uses only external treatments like acupuncture but without breaking the skin. It's an acupressure system that's been used for thousands of years but since the information hasn't been available hardly anyone knows about it.

Any chance you could link me up to a credible source that scientifically proves a correlation between aspirin and internal bleeding?

It doesn't really matter how good your product, the chances of someone paying $200 for a non physical product that's going to stop them from a headache is extremely slim, unless you're being backed by an industry celebrity with years of expertise and credibility, and a large following.

I would seriously suggest that you look at a much lower price point, and up your commission percentage. Affiliates on ClickBank are rarely attracted by anything less than 70% commission, and in fact, most products sit around the 75% mark.

Try looking on a bottle of um, aspirin. Credible enough for you?

As for the $200 thing you don't really know if it's a slim chance to convert or not, you're just guessing. Only testing will settle it.

To the OP, you just have to test it for yourself first and then take those statistics to affiliates. You've got to have some conversion and earnings per click data.

There is a ton of info on aspirin causing internal bleeding. I haven't posted enough times to add links but a quick google search will provide plenty of data.

The product is physical. It's 2 books, a DVD and a tei-shin. I might consider changing the commission after I've done a little testing.

The most important step for a new vendor imo is to prove your conversion rate, to generate your own traffic and show a solid conversion rate on HIGH numbers of visits.... we did 3 months testing, and ran over 800 sales through before even announcing our site...

Do it from different sources, some really strong keywords to show your absoloute best conversion, some really high traffic keywords to show overall conversion, and consistency, and I would also recommend firing a LOT of articles through article sites and showing the conversion rate of that traffic - as simply put, newbies and more established article marketers will be at least the first stable affiliates you get, and if this traffic converts for you then they will stay too and be consistent long term affiliates... also this bit of article marketing testing you do will help your seo, but also do some more seo and general backlinking yourself so, yes, that you can get even more natural traffic and prove your conversion rate from this angle too... with a real solid conversion rate along with keyword advice and exposing the sources / basic methods you are using then affiliates can't stay away from that.

Honestly, you probably should have been building relationships with people in your niche prior to this launch. Networking and relationship building is so key in internet marketing.

With that being said, I would probably seek out forums in you niche and see if there is anyone who has build a list in the same or similar products. You can do a Google search for "Your Niche Forums," sign up for free and start talking to a few people.

Also, by virtually being on clickbank itself, usually affiliates will seek out a good product and sell if they like the sales page and copy.

You can sell ANYTHING on clickbank if you provide high enough commissions. Also..make sure to have helpful affiliate material (banners etc.)
