Need Help In Activating Facebook Comments

I am trying to add the facebook comments to my launch page using Optimize Press. When I try to get the Facebook API key, I get the following message

"Your account must be verified before you can take this action. Please verify your account by adding your... " (its then followed by a bunch of code).

Can anyone help me fix this issue?

    I logged into Facebook and got that message and it doesn't state where I need to verify.
