Which is the Best IM business Model?

Hi
In IM there are a large number of business models that work. Making the right choice on the way to go may be an uphill task. On this note what do you think is the best Internet Marketing Business model? Considering you have all the options and you are not looking for a get rich quick scheme that will collapse in a few months time.

I would say the best lasting true IM business model has a main focus of becoming an expert in a particular niche and building a responsive list of rapid fans!!! you could select and/or combine any model - content provider, affiliate marketer, physical products, etc. as long as you focus on building relationships. I would guess that the most successful marketers in the warrior forum have built a list and a following, based on trust, and can easily turn on the money faucet when they want. this model works no matter what google does!

i am working on an authority site in the green homes market and am just now getting ready to build a list - something i should have done a long time ago.

Niche marketing seems to be a good business model my worry on sticking to niche marketing is the tough competition that you must be ready to face but combining it with List building as you say may be a great idea.
      Thanks

Choose the model you think is best suited to your strengths and weaknesses and work through all the steps until you have made money, don't get distracted by the next get rich scheme.

A good business model is one that helps you get started, that SHOWS you how to get started. And from then, it shows you to grow your business step by step with proven techniques and why you should apply these techniques. EX: setup a blog, generate traffic, make profits. This business model works.

I'd recommend Lee McIntyre's Instant Internet Life Style. It's a great model for a proper business. Some start up funds are needed. I'm currently working towards raising these funds to follow that business blueprint because he outlines everything you need and how to do it.

Though with the amount of dross that's out there I don't really think I've came across many "business plans". Though, there is quite a lot of good stuff to be found on here. Take bits and pieces of stuff from here and compile your own business plan.

Obviously the simple method for a continuous money making business goes like this in my opinion:
-Cheap front end with great value to identify buyers
-Increased value and prices for backend buyers
-An army of affiliates promoting for you so you can spend more time on other things like customer focus and delivering valuable content
-Give free content via email and blog to build relationships

There is obviously more to this, but it's the basic framework.

Keeping in mind that there is no "best", as best is subjective, I'd say creating and selling info products has paid off well for a lot of people.
