INTERNET MARKETING

i want to launch new site about the articles submission like ezinearticles.

but i want to give this site a company to mange and marketing it ....maybe also in the future developer it.... i want to give it to one company and i pay for it 30% from the total earnings..... that's ok ? this % is good or not ?

You want to give it to a company and let them have the majority equity or you want to buy it from another company?

It depends on how your site will earn. If your site's earning is very little then no body will work for your site.

Suppose the company spends $500 developing marketing the website. Then the website begins making $100 per month income. The website's value would then be between $1,200 to $1,700. That's the going rate for websites making that much these days, give or take the development costs. Just multiply the amount it makes per month by the number of months in a year. Then you'll get your purchase price.
