Rapid Action Profits + WSOs + Affiliates

Hello,

I know there are a lot of RAP users on here so I was hoping someone would be able to help me out.

Basically I'm wanting to allow an affiliate to promote a WSO that uses RAP.

Presumably the best way to do this is to have a PHP page that will drop the affiliate cookie and then redirect to the WSO page, however, I have no idea how to set this up.

I'm sure there are some people on here who have been through this before so I was hoping to hear from anyone who could help me out..

    To make this as easy as possible, use WSO Pro. You can create a listing there and set the affiliate percentage. They can sign up through that site to promote your product and all the tracking, rotation etc. is handled by it.

      I have used WSO Pro for other things, however, this particular offer is using RAP and will continue to use RAP.

      I know there are plenty of people here who have already done what I'm trying to so hopefully someone will chime in soon.

    Hmmm...

    I've thought about possibly doing the same thing before...you'd think it'd work... but now there are other simple solutions like DigiResults and WSO Pro, so I didn't give the RAP thing another thought.

      You can use a RAP addon such as the Cookie Jar by
      netkickstart:

      Cookie Jar Addon (no affil.)

      You can use the addon to allow you to create a php
      page that will drop a RAP cookie for the visitor and
      then re-direct them afterwards.

    An alternative to that Shaun, but admittedly at a slightly higher price, but with more functionality... The Add To Cart addon... Extending the POWER of Rapid Action Profits is where I have written up a review of this awesome addon, and at Available Products on PermaCash.com is just one place I am using it extensively.



    To be fair though, I'm also using the WP Affiliate Cookie Jar Plugin on PermaCash.com too...

    Adding my wso to digiresults was super easy, all you do is link the payment button to the link it gives you, and hey presto you can have affiliates promoting your WSO.

    Yep. You can set up your pre-sales template to redirect to the WSO page. Have affiliates send traffic to your presales link (with their affiliate id attached). That page will cookie them on the visitor's machine and then push them through the WSO sales page.

    Your buy link on the WSO page can be a your full product URL w/ ?action=order appended, as well as a special WSO discount coupon if you would like.

    I was thinking about buying the RAP system but my main concern is where to get affiliate from. I mean I know I can list it on rapbank com but would that get me enough affiliate to promote my offer that converts at 2-3%???

    I would love to learn something new here

      The conversion rate on your sales page has nothing to do with where you recruit affiliates. It is a result of how well your sales page converts.

      Affiliate recruiting is the same, regardless of what sales system you use.

      If you currently "find" affiliates by listing your product at Clickbank, you can easily replicate that by listing your product at RAPBank. They are functionally equivalent services.

      The difference is that RAPBank doesn't take anything off the top (vs. the 7.5% Clickbank fee).

      Since RAPBank lists products that are RAP-driven, they all pay instant commissions, and there is no limitation to the commission rate you want to pay (vs. 75% max commission rate at Clickbank). Both of these go a long way toward helping you recruit more affiliates.
