How to quickly access your Hostgator login page (Quick Tip)

I know most of you guys here have websites hosting on Hostgator. And maybe most of you have probably bookmarked your url login page because my guess is, the url is next to impossible to remember (with a url like this: https://gator1010.hostgator.com:2083, who would remember, right?)

However, there's a quick way to access your login page without hassle.

Just type in your website plus this:

http://yoursitename/cpanel

You will be redirected to the login page in a sec.

Hope it helps to those who accidentally erased their Hostgator login page on their bookmarks.

      Thanks. Before I knew about this I even wrote it down on my notebook so that I could access my login page whenever I go rent a pc on a netcafe, LOL.

      Umm...sorry Darren, but I'm still confused on what you where asking.

      If you were referring to me about deleting my bookmarks, I had to because I have too much sites that have been bookmarked and I want to filter them one by one. It just so happen that I accidentally deleted my Hostgator login page, but since I already knew the url ("mysite"/cpanel) it was no big deal.

    I thought most people knew this. With Hostgator, they also point out your c-panel login when you initally register sites.

    use like this : yourdomainname.com/cpanel, now it asks for user name and password. Otherwise go to "Google.com" and just type "hostgator login", you'll get it.

    I thought it was widespread knowledge as well. But I guess I was lucky to have know about this since my first site.

    Anyway that's a very helpful tip.
