Hi guys,
Quick question,
I'm thinking about joining the war room, is it worth it?
Thanks,
Steve.

Depends on what you are looking for. It seems to be more of a read-only forum. Yes, there is a lot of good information there, but it's not a very good place to ask questions, in my opinion.

I joined so that I could bounce my questions off of some more advanced marketers... now I'm trying to get a refund.

The short answer: It's great if you want quality information. It's poor if you're looking for discussion and to get answers to your questions. (The free part of the Warrior Forum is a much better place for both questions and discussion).

There are tons of "free wso's" that you can download in there or read for free in the forum. A lot of them are very good.

I've only been a member of the War Room for a few days, and I have to say I'm SO glad I joined!

Admittedly, there isn't as much "back and forth" discussion in there. Most of that does happen in the free portion of the forum from what I've seen.

But with that said, I have downloaded a few reports and ebooks that have answered questions that I have been unable to lay to rest for MONTHS. Questions about CPA, blogging, and other IM related subjects can be answered if you look in the right threads. (And then you have pdf files you can refer back to when you really need the info!)

I would say it is completely worth it. In fact, I'm discovering I don't have enough time to absorb all the info available in there AND get my other work done!

I just joined today after sitting on the fence for over a year. There is ALOT of content and information to digest. After reading some of this content, I realize I will need to stop reading and take action on some of the new ideas I found. If I would have joined earlier, I probably would have bought less WSOs. The $37 is a small price for access to lots of great information.

              The War Room is amazing!

The most valuable benefit of it is the large amount of free materials you get there.

I agree the $37.00 is worth.

Excellent point, and one I don't think I've seen anyone bring up before.

There's a reason for this. If it were to become the place where more experienced people hung out and discussed things, it would gut the rest of the discussion areas. We'd have a lot of the topical sections primarily used by people with little or no experience. Follow the logical chain from there, and you'll see why it would be a Very Bad Thing.

The War Room is a hell of an investment, but it's not a good source for the kind of discussion you're talking about. Now, if you want a huge library of useful info and tools, it's the way to go.

Wow... I think you may be plagued by laziness. Anyone who doesn't find an extremely high ROI from joining the war room, just doesn't want to make money off it. A week after joining the war room, I used a few techniques, that generated over 2 grand for me. Extra 2K in the bank to play with. I may have been able to do that without the membership, but it would definitely take much longer.

Almost everything is useful in there. Its the people that think they already know everything, that don't put new ideas into action, and miss out on money.

You're right... it isn't really a discussion area, but anyone that wants info, should join. Anyone that isn't where they need to be, should join. If you find a product in there, or a free WSO, and have questions, you can still ask, and the OP will probably respond. If not, take that question out here and ask!

Definitely worth the investment. No doubt about it.

As I stated before, what I'm doing isn't necessarily what you're doing. In fact, I can guarantee I do things that nobody else on this forum does.

So, it's not a matter of "laziness" LOL. It's more like it doesn't apply to me because it doesn't help with what I do. If you're happy and content with creating and selling eBooks etc... then go for it.

Maybe the 2 grand you made has you happier than hell, but in my world I wouldn't really waste my time to try to earn 2 grand. I can earn that this weekend or any other weekend.

All depends on what you're selling and what you're trying to accomplish. The War Room doesn't really help me much with what I do. If it helps you then great. The OP asked for opinions - I gave mine.

I think the War Room is an absolute no brainer.

The amount of free content in there is absolutely staggering.

While the other poster is correct in mentioning that it may not be the best for discussion, the $37 pays for itself in terms of downloads in your very first visit.

But only IF you KNOW what you're looking for.

In the War Room you can truly browse.

Also, there are some things that are meant to be for War Room members ONLY. If you're finding those on Google, then that's not good. But if you're finding similar things on Google, or those which are not "exclusives" then there's nothing wrong with that. Again, as long as you already know what you're looking for.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. And while I don't agree with it based on my experience, it's good to see a differing view abot the War Room from time to time.

I didn't mean I was finding things on Google from the War Room. I meant that I can find similar things that are listed in the War Room.

But I suppose it all depends on what you do (niche areas) and what you want out of it.

I'm also an absolute perfectionist with everything. I'm the alpha Virgo Basically, if I can't find something that is superb and blows me away, then I do it myself. I'm talking software and programs here. I'll just create my own to make sure it is done right. I don't like relying on others for anything and I often find my own work is much better because I can design things the way I want it.

Perhaps this is the reason I don't find the War Room very useful.

Thanks for clarifying, Ken. I wasn't assuming one way or the other, and was speaking in more general terms.

The War Room definitely isn't for everybody. But it can save a lot of money for those who are dazed by the bright lights of the WSO section. Plus, Allen's stuff alone is worth the small cost of admission (for me at least).

Like I said, though, I may not agree with you, but it is nice to see somebody offering another viewpoint of the War Room.

Okay...now...how can say a sign of the zodiac AND say you're a perfectionist in the same sentence?

          All the best,

IM profits (the big ones!) do not come in a month, if you apply just a fraction of what you can learn, by asking the right questions in the WR from 0ldies, you should be making coin without any of the free downloads, ebooks, software app, themes, lists, jv ventures, kindness etc etc

$37 is the cost of just one or two WSO's that you will not even action and never bother making money from, so to say you have wasted 37 by joining is a bit like saying you do not want to progress further or you cannot progress further...

Read some of the really *OLD* WR threads, look at the members that were new 2 or 3 years ago and then look at them on WF or online today... most are banking BIG money every day

Hope that helps with anyone reading the OP thread!

      Yes it is worth joining

Although I appreciate your thoughts, I'm not a newbie that wants to make money in a month! LOL. I know how the game works.

Read my previous post and you'll understand better why the War Room doesn't really help much with what I do. I don't do the 'traditional' IM things that everyone else here seems to be doing.

It's probably one of the best investments you'll ever make in IM. There are literally thousands of dollars of valuable IM information in there, and in my opinion this is one investment you'll never regret making. It's a literal gold mine in there, especially if you take the information and apply it conscientiously.

    Look around you.

Find the Warrior Forum members you respect.

The ones you want to be like one day.

Look under their names and titles.

Is it likely to say "War Room Member" there?

    Connect the dots.
