That's it. I've had it. I'm fighting this one.

Where is the PayPal thread that somebody posted with the PayPal link that
states that digital products are not protected.

This crook downloaded my product and now claims that he never even
authorized it, let alone at least having the decency to ask for a refund.

I need the link so I can send it to PayPal so I can tell this SOB to stuff it.

Enough is enough.

Don't do that you will lose.

Take a deep breath.

Now are you sitting quietly.

If the person has claimed a dispute, then make sure you answer it correctly.

I have to do this from memory, but when you are asked why you are making a counterclaim (or whatever the words used are) say that the service was provided exactly as promised.
