Advice on how to promote a Health/Fitness site - Does site look ok?

Hey guys,

I just finished my website. Its a health and fitness related site, for a clickbank product.

What are the top 5 ways I could promote this thing without paying for traffic like adwords?

    If I were you I would buy some media to promote the affiliate page and train peole on how to promote your product for profits. Once they are trained even if 1 out of 20 makes a sale, you will make money.

    Other than that you could promte the main product page via JVs, SEO, media buys etc.

      I think you can always find at least a few dozens of good keywords and the great thing about SEO traffic is that it is YOUR traffic! Free and targeted, and if you don't do anything really blackhat you can expect to receive that traffic for a long time. Also, you could build a list of targeted subscribers and buyers and build a passive income stream that way. There are many many ways as you can see, the SEO approach is a more of a long term solution, but it's definitely worth it in the long run. The problem with paid traffic is once you stop paying, the traffic goes as well...

    Set up a Squidoo lens, make a short video describing
    the benefits of the product and post it on some of the
    more popular video sharing sites, set up a 'blogger' blog
    and post to it at least once a week, write a few articles
    describing the benefits of what the product offers and
    put your link in the "Author's box", then add them to
    the top article directories, just to name a few more
    real quick.

    Hope this will give you some ideas.

    Hi,

    First impression is that all posts were done on 27th and 28th March. Get into control panel and spread the dates out over a couple of weeks.

    Second thing, most posts are in "Contact" category. Again, get into control panel and sort out your categories.

      It must have been a long time since he updated his site, to the point that the domain has expired. That, or the content was removed. Anyway, to the topic starter, you should follow the top 5 ways from joebel. That should help your site rank up if ever you decide to put one up again.

    I would do SEO and rank some words and get some free traffic that way.

    Then I would also start becoming a big contributor on a popular health & fitness forum to get even more traffic. Also you won't have to worry about traffic if your site gets sandboxed or something of that nature.

    I would also guest post on a popular blog in that niche to get some more traffic.

    There are a TON of ways you can promote any site.

The Meditation is the best practice of keeping these both healthy and fit. Taking an hour daily for meditation keeps us away from many problems and we will be stable and also healthy. Please produce some more attachment links regarding the various types of meditative practices and the different advantages of it.

    I try to use free staff. For instance, use of Traffic Travis. This software can be used in two ways, Free version and professional version. The free version work almost same as the professional version. However, professional version is more detailed and it is what you want in the long run.

    If you want to promote it you should write an article or a review and include your links.
    Then you can post it on squidoo or hub pages, send them to EZINE ARTICLES, ARTICLES BASE or GO ARTICLES.
    With this you could increase your traffic and could land on the firs page of google.

    The best way to advertise for a health and fitness business is to do what I call
    "information advertising". Give high quality valuable information in the form of articles, tips, etc. People will connect with you and want more! They will visit your site and hopefully you "capture" their contact info with a free offer of some sort on the niche topic.
    THEN, you continue sending valuable information to keep them hooked. Valuable info 80% of time, Sell 20 % of time.
