Microsoft OCI disappearance?

Anyone got any idea why the Microsoft Adlabs website that has a bunch of tools (OCI being one of them) disappeared recently?

My only reasoning, purely speculative, is that they just don't care about it, some new update broke something and they either don't know it's broken or don't want to fix it.

Anybody have any info?

Most of the tools aren't working, not just OCI.
