I am looking for some guidance on getting the proper Contact information setup for Press Releases (Webwire.com & PRWeb.com) and also, I want to do some paid directory submissions as well which really work best if you have your contact information displayed on the homepage of your site. My main concern is a phone number. I could definitely get a vanity 800 number, but should I use that number for all of my sites and future sites? (do I need to be worried about a footprint?) Or should each new site have a dedicated phone number.

If anyone could shed some light on what you do or provide some suggestions on how I should proceed, that would be greatly appreciated.
I should mention that these PR's and Directory Submissions won't be for local business websites, but more for affiliate based websites.
Cheers,
