easiest download protection software?

Hi everyone,

Unless I'm going mad - which is possible - I recall seeing a download protection software that you simply added some code onto your pages and it was for sale for around $30.

I can't remember what it was and don't seem to be able to find it....I would like to find something that is quick and easy to set up rather than some other possible choices?

    not sure about $30 - but dlguard is very quick and easy - its $127 and Sam the owner is well known for his support both here and on his forum.

    Here's free: Put your files in an awkwardly-named folder, such as 29875925file_goes_here.

    Then change it once a week.

    Otherwise, I'd go with DL Guard. I broke down and bought it a few months ago and it's worth every penny.

    I like DLguard, but if you cant afford it, use ejunkie, changing your link isnt going to help too much, because if it gets indexed somewhere people will still find your stuff. Ejunkie changes the link for each person and makes it only usable for as many hours as you say, and at $5 a month that isnt bad at all.

    SmartDD is good, too, full or features, and easy to use. Plus there's a free version. I haven't tried DLGuard.
