Is this domain good enough to sell on its own, or should I make a site? (MMA/Fighting related)

Hey fellow warriors!

I have made a few MMA sites, and get huge traffic.

I was able to get a domain name related to Brazilian Jiu jitsu, the #1 fastest growing martial art, because of the growth of MMA.

Is it good enough to sell on its own, or should I make a site out of it? I can easily get over 1k hits per day if I link it to my other MMA sites. But what do u think?

HTML Code:
www.JiuJitsuLessons.com
Thanks fellow warriors!

It really depends on you, do you want to put in the work to get that level of traffic or do you just want to really sell the domain?

On one hand a site that gets that much traffic will sell for a higher price, however, are you planning to keep the links after you have sold the site. Because if I was told the site gets 1K per day and when I purchase it, it drops off, I wouldn't be too happen.

So if you want to keep the links point to it, so the traffic stays, it is up to you.

I was just wondering how much I could possibly get for the domain by it self.

I can easily get the site to a couple hundred UV per day without my MMA site links.

And no, I would not sell a site where when it sells, the traffic drops off. Im not like that.

      Cheers

The keywords in your domain only get about 100-200 exact searches per month according to google.

I still think it could be worth $25-$100 to the right person. I would look for a jiu jitsu forum or community site and sign up. That's after all your target market. After a few posts let them know it's for sale (so you don't look like a spammer). You might find someone interested in it on there.

You can also try contacting "Jiu Jitsu Lessons .org" to see if the owner of that domain might be interested in owning the .com. Find his email through a WHOIS search.

I might set up a site to promote a jiu jitsu CB product. I think it could do well, given the fact I can get targeted traffic from my MMA sites.

          Thanks
