To resend or not to resend...my eNewsletter
My CEO and I were having a conversation today about our eNewsletter. Other than the fact that we need to do some work on it, he brought up the following question "What do you think about re-blasting the same eNewsletter to those who didn't open it the first time?"
I'd never really considered it since I'm an advocate of not spamming our database to begin with. Would sending it out a second or even third time be considered spamming if they didn't open it to begin with?
What are your thoughts on resending the same e-newsletter to recipients that did not open the first email? Has anyone tested this concept before? Did it work or fail? Any feedback is appreciated.
