Help for Free Product Junkies

Just went to yet another site for free stuff - went through 5 or 6 pages after signing up, each with a "No Thanks, Give Me My Free Download" link at the bottom, only to find that the last page has no free download link, obviously there is no free download available as advertised (no mention of a confirmation letter, either)!

Is there a 12-step program for people addicted to free IM products? Not that it's costing me money, but it's a major time-vacuum!

Someone help me break this addiction!!!
