    You can:

    1) Do some research and writing yourself

    2) Get a hold of some PLR in your niche and do some re-writing

    3) Hire someone else to do it for you

Depends on what niche your are targeting for.

        Good title suggestions include:

        How to titles
        Step by Step
        Top Ten,Three, Seven Tips etc
        Hidden Secrets of...
        Discover the reason behind
        Undiscovered facts
        Warning Titles
        Comparison Titles

        Then use titles created around:

        who
        what
        why
        where
        when
        how to

        Hope this helps.

It is a good way to go borrow some titles in Ezinearticles, hubpages, and squidoo. And then do some home work at keyword research and you will find a pile of good titles to go through.

Firstly, I'd decide on your niche. Then, I'd go to Amazon to try to find a dummies book that relevant to your area. I'd look at the chapter headings to see what's really important in that niche and start to draft up a list of possible articles.

In terms of titles, you might want to think about the audience that's going to be buying your product and use that demographic in your wording. For example, Why World of Warcraft's a Great Game for Students... Ok, well, that's really not great, but you get the idea!

No matter what niche you're in, your title has to accomplish a few things:

    1. Grab people's attention. Your articles are going to be in a long list with lots of others. Your title needs to be catchy enough so that someone scanning the list decides that yours is worth clicking on.

    2. Incorporate your target keywords. The closer you can get your keywords to the beginning of the title, the better. For example, "Bubble Gum - 10 Reasons Why You Should be Chewing It" is better than "10 Reasons to Chew Bubble Gum". Writing titles like that helps for SEO purposes, and it lets readers know exactly what they're getting by reading your article.

    3. Makes promises that your article quickly delivers on. People want results, and they want them quickly. If you ask a question in your title, answer it it quickly in the body of your article. You'd be amazed at how many people ramble on and on before they deliver on the promise made in their title - or simply never get around to doing it.

What do people in your niche want? What are they buying?
Determine that, and then you'll know the subjects you should create content/reports/ebooks around.

Then follow Skyla and Nicole's advise above.

      Good luck.

You can also go to Amazon and browse for books in those professions/niche businesses. Sort by "bestselling", and that will give you some ideas on what your market is interested in reading. That alone is a powerful tool.

Speaking of outsourcing, there are plenty of great places. One of them is TextBroker. There, you can create an order of articles and authors essentially compete for your business. You can accept, deny, or have articles revised.
