    Best Regads,
    HI - it would be better to ask the list owner

    Many aspects will affect the click through rate - espcially the quality of the list and your email swipe -

    Try and read a few reviews from users that have used the service before - you should get a good feel to what you can expect

    thanks

    The clicks range from nothing to over half of the list.

    There are many factors that will influence the outcome, including:
    • Quality of list;
    • Open-rate of list;
    • Day and time of mailing
    • The subject line of the email;
    • The headline of the email;
    • The first paragraph of the offer;
    • The body of the offer;
    • The strength of the offer;
    • The Call-to-Action
    • The response rate of the landing page;
    • The strength of the sales copy on the landing page;
    • The close strength on the landing page; and
    • Much, much more.

      I think most times when you're buying a solo ad you're paying for the number of clicks, rather than the number of subscribers on the list. That makes it easier as you know what you're getting for your money. If you're paying for 1000 clicks, then the list owner should mail one or more times until you get that 1000 clicks.

        This is incorrect. All ezine solo ads are sent one time (unless specified otherwise) with no guarantee of the number of clicks, nor of the response rate.

      Like many other things, even if I could give you an accurate average it wouldn't mean anything. Take two lists. One gets zero response, the other 100%. The average is 50%. What does it mean?

      What you are looking for is lists o which you can send your ads at a profit, whether on the front end or over the customer lifetime. Once you find them, buy ads in those. Don't buy ads in the ones that lose you money.

      Eventually, you'll have a feel for what you can expect sending your ads to a list, which is much more valuable than any generic average.

      Yes.

      Some will have a million subscribers, some won't.

      The raw number isn't as important as the response. If you pay to have your ad sent to 1 million subscribers, and you see a 0.0001% response, you get one sale.

      If your profit on that sale is more than the cost of the ad, cool.

      Send the same ad to a list of 100k @ 0.001% response (ten times better), and you still made one sale.

      Find a list of 10k @ 0.1% and you make 10 sales, even though the first list was 100 times bigger.

      Focus on response, not list size.

    From my experience its like between two to three percent, I happen to be a newbie myself. It only makes sense to put out a solo ad if you are selling a high-ticket item, no other reason

    I'm trying two campaigns now. 1 with optindatalist and one with 10dollarsoloads. It is a low rist. I only spent a total of $60 between them both, optindatalist was $50 for 300,000 targeted. You pick a category.

      There is no certain way to guarantee the clicks, but we can at least predict how much it worth. Mine is 0,5 percent (so sad) until 20 percent (I smile the whole day). The best way to choose solo ads is by trial and error.
