Hey there. Does anyone know of a project management dashboard for internet marketing. One that will allow for jobs to be added, deadlines to be set, cost/expenses, etc?

Thank you!

  • silverbullet was made purely for internet marketers, but I have never used it.

SalesForce is the best of the best IMO

    • Thanks Drew. Would you happen to know the url? I can't find it. Thanks again.
  • You can use BaseCamp at Project management software, online collaboration: Basecamp or you can use a system such as the one John Jonas bundles with Replace Myself membership (can't remember it's official name, but he simply licenses it so his customers can use).

Basecamp is better, but it has a monthly expense. The other one can be purchased for a one time fee and installed on your own server (if you're not a member of a place like ReplaceMyself).
  • Thanks for sharing Chris. That's good info too.
  • For what you're doing, I'd suggest a suit of tools that combines everything you need. That way you'll save, not have to deal with multiple integrations, and likely increase the efficiency of your own operations.

With the right software you would be able to manage all contacts, projects, to-dos, expenses, invoices, email marketing, leads, events, calendars, etc in one place. I've found ultimately cloud based SaaS solutions to be better than one time purchases, as they're kept up to date and all of your information is accessible from one secure, online location.

In terms of consolidated solutions matching what I've described above, if you don't want to deal with the expensive hassle of integration I'd say check out WORKetc. By combining CRM, project management, and billing into one system they offer what's closest to what you need in one system. The price is awesome when you realize how much more would have been spent using individual CRM, project management, and billing systems (not to mention integrated related costs).

The WORKetc dashboard summarizes all important items on one screen, which is the closest example of what I can find to what you're looking for. All relevant, updated items, reminders, events, alerts, follow-ups, communications, and RSS feeds, too.
  • We use basecamp. Has the essentials without any fluff features that you would never use. Works very well.
