Using real name for Mail Chimp

I am in the process of signing up for Mail Chimp. I use a pseudonym on a lot of my writing. Is it necessary to use my real name when filling out the can-spam form? I 'm a little uncomfortable having it out there on every page going out.

    Yes, even if you're not located in the U.S, it is often a condition of the email service provider you are using that you adhere to the can-spam act as they are most likely based in USA.

    Clearly, otherwise what would be the purpose of using a pen-name in the first place? There'd be no point in sending out the autoresponder series under a different name from the one to whose list the prospective customers have opted in.
